Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Allen Crabtree at 6:14 p.m.
I. Roll Call
Present were Selectmen; Allen Crabtree, Ann Farley, and Jeff Harriman; Interim Town Manager Jim Smith; Planning Board Chair Rick Bates.
II. Executive Session
Jeff Harriman made a motion to enter in Executive Session pursuant to M.R.S.A. Title 1 § 405 (6) (A) to Discuss a Personnel Matter at 6:15 p.m. It was seconded by Ann Farley. Motion carried.
The Board came out of Executive Session at 7:14 p.m. No action was taken during executive session.
Jeff Harriman made a motion to approve the performance evaluation for Jim Smith as CEO for the period October 2007 through October 2008, and to approve a 5% salary increase retroactive to November 1, 2008. It was seconded by Ann Farley. Motion passed.
III. Adjournment
Jeff Harriman made a motion to adjourn. It was seconded by Ann Farley. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
