All Regular Board of Selectmen Meetings ARE held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of Each Month.
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman, Allen Crabtree.
I. Roll Call
Present were Selectmen; Allen Crabtree, Ann Farley, Jeff Harriman, Maureen Harriman and Interim Town Manager, Jim Smith.
II. Executive Session pursuant to M.R.S.A. Title 1 § 405 (6) (A) to Discuss a Personnel Matter (Town Manager Applications and Selection Process)
Maureen Harriman made a motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to M.R.S.A. Title 1 § 405 (6) (A) to Discuss a Personnel Matter (Town Manager Applications and Selection Process) at 6:02 p.m. It was seconded by Ann Farley. Motion carried.
Maureen Harriman made a motion to re-convene at 7:13 p.m. It was seconded by Ann Farley. Motion carried. No action taken during executive session.
III. Appointment of New Town Manager
A motion was made by Jeff Harriman, seconded by Ann Farley, to appoint Jim Smith as the new Town Manager for the Town of Sebago. Motion carried. An employment agreement with Jim was signed by all Board members. Appointment is effective immediately.
VI. Adjournment
Jeff Harriman made a motion to adjourn at 7: 15 p.m. It was seconded by Maureen Harriman. Motion carried.
