1. Review Assignments from last meeting
a. Compile list of past and present mooring issues – Bruce Hart
b. Report on a search of the Planning Board minutes re Long Beach Marina site plan review – Ann Farley, Phil Lowe and Bob DeVilleneuve
c. Incorporate changes made into a fifth draft, post it on the town website – Allen Crabtree.
2. Continue review of the draft ordinance starting at Section 7.4, Designated Mooring Zones.
3. Address comments made at and since last meeting
a. Review makeup of Advisory Committee (Section 6)
b. Review changes to Section 7.5, Marinas
c. Review new Section 7.6, Association Mooring Plans
d. Review Section 8, Permit Fees
e. Review new language for the town beach moorings (Section 7.10(j))
f. Discuss options for a staggered implementation schedule (Section 11)
g. Review other comments made.
4. Schedule the next meeting and make follow-on assignments
