Purpose
The Town of Sebago is currently looking for a State of Maine Professional Land Surveyor for the purpose of performing a Standard Boundary Survey of the Town of Sebago’s Tax Map 002 Lot 003.
Minimum Specification(s)
- To provide the Town of Sebago a standard boundary survey that includes setting capped iron rebars at the determined property corners.
- To provide on the survey, description and placement of all existing buildings located on Map 002, Lot 003 including Sebago Elementary School Building.
- To provide a legal description of the surveyed parcel.
- To be able to provide a standard boundary survey using AutoCAD R14 or the equivalent compatible software.
Extra Specification(s)
- To be able to tie standard boundary survey of Tax Map 002 Lot 003 into the Maine State Plane Coordinate Grid, West Zone 1802 on NAD83 and NAVD88 in US Feet.
Submission Information
Proposals, in written letter form, shall be submitted to the Sebago Town Office, PO Box 406 Bridgton Road, Sebago, ME 04029 no later than 3:30 PM on February 22, 2008. Submissions shall include the name, mailing address, physical address, telephone number, fax number (if applicable), e-mail address (if applicable), contact name and title of the bidder. The RFP shall clearly state what would be the total cost for the Standard Boundary Survey including all minimum specifications as listed above. Also, please provide a separate bid quote for the extra specification as listed above as an independent cost line item. Please include in your written proposal your projection for date of completion for the standard boundary survey as described above in the minimum specifications.
The Sebago Board of Selectmen reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submissions. Selectmen will analyze the bids on March 4, 2008 at their regularly scheduled Board of Selectmen meeting. At that time the Board may decide to wait, or may decide to make a decision at that time. The Town of Sebago is an equal opportunity employer.
