There have been several requests as to why DOCK PERMITS are required.
Please follow the links below for requirements in Town of Sebago Shoreland
Zoning Ordinance. This Ordinance was adopted March 2, 1991.
Permits are ONLY given to Property Owners or written permission by Property Owners.

Permit Fee Schedule: Dock Permits
Dock Permit Applications:
Send application and Applicable fee in for review of permit. Permit will be available here at Town Municipal Building or by request mailed to permit holder.
Please remember if you have a structure next to the water front that the dock connects to more than 4 ft. x 6 ft. it’s considered a pier and must go before the Planning Board for Approval.
