Should the Cable Operator become dissatisfied with any major decision or ruling of any Town official, the Cable Operator may, by written request received by the Town within 30 days of the date of the decision or ruling, appeal the matter to the Town’s Board of Selectmen. The Town’s Board of Selectmen may accept, reject or modify the decision appealed and may adjust, settle or compromise any controversy or cancel any charge arising from the operations of the Cable Operator or from any provision of this Ordinance or any Franchise Agreement entered into pursuant to
this Ordinance. Any further appeal shall be taken to the Cumberland County Superior Court or the United States District Court for the District of Maine.
