Social Security. Any person who becomes an employee of the town must participate in the Social Security program as a condition of employment.
Individual Retirement Account (IRA). The Town of Sebago provides the opportunity for full-time employees who receive at least $5,000 per year in compensation from the Town to contribute to a Simple IRA. The Town will match the employee’s contribution with a contribution of up to fifty percent (50%) of the employee’s first 6% of annual income in the plan, and in no case will contribute more than three percent (3%) of the employee’s annual salary.
