TOWN OFFICE BUILDING
I Call to Order
Rick Viles called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.
Present: Steve Burgess, Jim Libby, Phil Lowe, Paul White, Rick Viles, Code Enforcement Officer, Jim Smith and Recorder, Maureen Scanlon.
Guests present: Rick Bates and Charlie Frechette.
Absent: Joe McMahon
II Review of Minutes (February 10, 2009)
Steve Burgess made a motion to approve the minutes from February 10, 2009.
It was seconded by Phil Lowe. Motion carried with all in favor.

V Old Business
Jim Smith gave some input on the proposed condominium project that was discussed at the last Planning Board meeting. He stated that he has spoken to Mr. Palli at length on several occasions regarding what would need to be done in order to make these five building units into year round condominiums. Some discussion ensued regarding the fact that the buildings are currently considered non-conforming structures for anything but seasonal use at this time. Mr. Palli has been advised as to the next steps he would need to take if he chooses to proceed with his plans.
VII Land Use Ordinance Meeting
Rick Viles called the Land Use Ordinance meeting to order 7:15 p.m.
After some discussion, it was decided to hold a Public Hearing on the proposed Land Use Ordinance on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Office Building. Maureen Scanlon will send notices to the local newspapers for inclusion in their next editions, and have notices posted throughout town notifying the town’s residents of the Public Hearing.
Maureen Scanlon submitted the edited Sections 2, 3 and 4 for final review by everyone before the next meeting.
The proposed Official District Map was reviewed for accuracy with some minor corrections noted for inclusion on the final copy.
