The following correspondence was distributed to the Planning Board members at the meeting;
A copy of a letter addressed to the Town of Sebago Planning Board from the Town of Bridgton regarding a “Notice of a Public Hearing” for their Comprehensive Plan. Maureen Scanlon stated that this was received after the meeting packets for tonight’s meeting had been mailed out. The reason she did not forward this information separately is that the referenced meeting is being held on the same night as this meeting, therefore it would be impossible for the Sebago Planning Board Members to attend both meetings. However, she wanted this Board to be informed that the Town of Bridgton is working on their Comprehensive Plan.

V Old Business
- Request for Expansion of Existing Use – (Property owned by J.J. Realty Trust Partnership, LLC) (Applicant is NeuroRestorative) – Map 5, Lot 27
Ray Sylvester, from Blue Heron Construction, representing NeuroRestorative reviewed the details of this project. This is a business that has been in existence in the town for the past fifteen years and is now requesting to expand their program by adding an additional 6-bed residential home located at 988 Sebago Road. Most of the changes to the building are internal. The external changes are the addition of a handicap ramp to the front of the building and additional parking spaces. Improvements were also made to the small dirt road that leads to the lower part of the building in the back for improved safety.
There was some discussion on the necessity of a Site Walk and a Public Hearing for this project.
Tina Vanasse made a motion to waive a Site Walk. It was seconded by Jim Jansz. Motion carried with all in favor.
Joe McMahon made a motion to hold a Public Hearing. It was seconded by Rick Viles. Motion carried with all in favor.
