LAND USE ORDINANCE MEETING

I Call to Order
Rick Viles called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.
Present: Jim Libby, Phil Lowe, Paul White, Rick Viles, and Recorder, Maureen Scanlon. Guests present: Ann Farley, Kurt Christensen, and Rick Bates.
II Business
Sections 2, 3 and 4 (up to subsection G – Dimensional Requirements) of the proposed Land Use Ordinance were reviewed and/or revised for corrections as needed. The suggested lists of revisions from Allen Crabtree and Ann Farley were taken into consideration during this review process. Maureen Scanlon will make the corrections to this document as requested and submit them to the committee for final review at the next meeting.
