RE: Board Meeting Agenda for August 2, 2010
There will be a Board Workshop on Monday, August 2, 2010 at
the Crooked River Adult Education facility. A pot luck dinner
is planned for 5:00 p.m.
The Personnel Committee will meet at 4:30 p.m. prior to the
Board meeting.

A. Personnel
(1) Nomination of Professional Staff for the 2010-11
School year
(a) Amy Butcher as a Special Education Teacher (Gr.
K-2) at Songo Locks School, replacing
Cheryl Baker who has transferred to another
school. Ms. Butcher will be on Master’s Step 8.
(b) Susan Grant as a District-wide part-time (.6)
Psychological Service Provider and a part-time
(.4) IEP Team Coordinator. Ms. Grant will be
on M+60 Step 18.
(c) Holly Patenaude as a Special Education Teacher
(Grades 3-5) at Songo Locks School. (This is a
new position due to enrollment numbers.
Ms. Patenaude will be on Master’s Step 6.
(d) Mary Beach as a Guidance Counselor at Songo
Locks School and Lake Region Middle School,
replacing Hilary Hamilton who has retired.
Ms. Beach will be on Master’s Step 1.
(e) Linda Jacobs as a Grade 6 Math Teacher at
Lake Region Middle School. Ms. Jacobs will be
on M+15 Step 13.
(f) Allen Northup as a part-time (.5) District-wide
School Psychological Provider for the 2010-11
school year, filling a position that has been
vacant for over a year. Mr. Northup will be on
M+30 Step 17.

(2) Appointment of Educational Support Personnel
(a) Adam Corriveau as a Special Education
Technician III at Songo Locks School. This
is a new position.
(b) Rosemary Clow as a Day Treatment Support
Technician at Stevens Brook Elementary School,
replacing Donna Ross who has resigned.
(c) Gilbert Doughty as a Special Education
Technician III at Songo Locks School, replacing
Michael Toohey who has resigned.
(d) Jennifer Hills as a Kindergarten Educational
Technician at Songo Locks School, replacing
Jennie Silverblade who has resigned.
(e) Karina Johnson as a Special Education Health
Care Attendant, replacing Elisa Nicholas who
has resigned.
(f) Jeanine Nadeau as a Kindergarten Educational
Technician at Songo Locks School, replacing
Jennifer Hills who transferred to another
position.
(g) Susan Shea as a Day Treatment Support
Technician at Songo Locks School, replacing
Karl Gifford who has resigned.
(h) Stacy Smith-Plummer as a Special Education
Technician III/Interpretor at Songo Locks
School. This is a new position.
(3) Appointment of Lori DeCesere as a Permanent
Substitute at Songo Locks School. This is a new
budgeted position.
(4) Request for a sabbatical leave of absence for the
2010-11 school year.
(5) Recommend the reduction-in-force of the In-School
Suspension position at Lake Region Middle School
from 5 days a week to 3 days a week.

Medical Leave of absence from approximately
August 30 for 12 weeks.
