Sept. 23, 2020- Update # 1

Good Morning everyone, Today is Sept. 23rd which is 14 days from the day that the folks from out of state who are positive with COVID-19 left Sebago. That group have a reported 12 COVID-19 positive people of all ages including children, one person was hospitalized but is now at home, I assume the other 11 are doing ok.

We still have one Sebago Summer resident from that same group at Maine Medical Center but improving.

Maine CDC has increased the cases in Sebago to a total of 8, that does not include the 13 cases that I speak about above because they are counted in the state that they claim residency.

I am hopeful now that 14 days have passed that we are out of the woods for more spread from the out of state visitor group.

We still know that the virus is everywhere and we must follow CDC guidelines.

PLEASE, PLEASE get your Influenza Vaccine.
