Ordinance Review Committee Notice for April 18, 2024 Public Comment Workshop Meeting

Hello everyone,
The Ordinance Review Committee has been discussing and working on formalizing a Short Term
Rental Ordinance for Sebago. The purpose of having this ordinance is to provide some basic
guidelines that would protect the renters, rental owners, and neighbors, as well as provide
ground rules for public life safety that would include fire safety, electric, septic system
inspections, etc.
The Ordinance Review Committee will have an open public workshop scheduled on April 18 at
6:30 PM at the Town Office to provide an opportunity for all of you to share your thoughts and
ideas on this very important issue.
Attached are some ideas that are being considered and the committee would like your input.
