Also being discussed at the Public Hearing will be a Special Amusement Permit Ordinance and an Ordinance Prohibiting Retail Marijuana Establishments and Retail Marijuana Social Clubs.

The Board discussed the changes to the Land Use Ordinance concerning the Dead End Streets.  Donna Cook asked if this would affect the ISO rating.  Brandon Woolley stated that the road length will not affect the ISO rating.

Brandon Woolley confirmed that docks will not be discussed at the Public Hearing.  The Board further discussed the Town’s policy forbidding any private docks on town roads and/or right-of-ways.  Paul White expressed the need for a policy regulating boat moorings allowed in Town.  Brandon stated that he understood and will be working on this policy.

The Board discussed the letter addressed to Loon Echo Land Trust, Inc.
